Our Impact
From early childhood programmes to careers guidance, we open up new learning and development opportunities for children and young people who face fewer opportunities from the outset. Cultural education and creative activities help to develop language skills, teamwork and perseverance. → We have reached over 130,000 children and young people to date.
We uncover hidden talents – whether artistic, social or practical – and support young people over the long term. In this way, they become independent, committed members of the local community who contribute their skills to the common good. → By 2025, we will have run a total of 567 group activities and courses.
We provide all children and young people with access to culture, music and artistic expression – regardless of their background, income or educational status. Cultural participation boosts self-esteem, reduces isolation and encourages active participation in society. → Each year, we welcome around 230,000 visitors to our events and cultural participation programmes.
Our programmes create safe, supportive environments in which respect, tolerance and non-violent coexistence are learnt and practised. Particularly in times of crisis, we strengthen protective factors and reduce risks such as dropping out of school or social exclusion. → People from over 130 countries come together here.
