Queenmania

Queenmania has been Europe’s biggest Queen tribute for twenty years. A magnificent show, introduced by the narration of Enrico Ruggeri, which traces the extraordinary career of one of the greatest bands in music history. A concert that brings to life the legend of Freddie Mercury, the greatest showman in rock history, through costumes, stage sets and video projections.

This is the formula behind Queenmania, a tribute band formed in 2005 out of the shared passion of four outstanding professional musicians for ‘Queen’.

In March 2007, Queenmania embarked on their unstoppable ‘European tour’, performing to great acclaim from audiences and critics alike in England, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Hungary, Belgium and elsewhere. The crowning glory of this magical moment was the band’s appearance at the “23rd Official Queen Fan Club UK Convention 2008” in England. On this occasion, Queenmania shared the stage and the backstage area with key musicians and figures from Queen’s “royal family”, such as Spike Edney (Queen’s “fifth element”), Jamie Moses, Peter Freestone (Freddie Mercury’s personal assistant), Jacky Smith, Jeff Scott Soto and Patti Russo (Meat Loaf)
