Music for every child

Klangstrolche

‘Klangstrolche’ are children who regularly take part in the project’s musical activities – usually at one of the 30 ‘Strolchereien’ in Hamburg. Children from outside the project can also take part in courses and workshops and become a ‘Klangstrolch’.

Bambi galore

Bambi Galore is a music club housed in the former bunker of the Kultur Palast Billstedt. Since 2004, it has regularly hosted metal, punk, rock and reggae concerts featuring international bands. The club is a fixture on the Hamburg music scene.

HipHop & Health combines hip-hop culture with nutrition and exercise. Its courses, workshops and activities focus on music, sport and learning together. In collaboration with the HipHop Academy Hamburg and local partners, this creates a programme that imparts knowledge which can be directly applied in everyday life.

BilleVue

BilleVue is the largest cultural and city festival in the east of Hamburg and, since 2002, has attracted more than 100.000 visitors each year with its colourful programme of stage and street performances.

Palaststrolche Music Nursery

The Palaststrolche is a music-focused nursery at the Kultur Palast Billstedt. Through the Klangstrolch project run by the Kultur Palast Foundation, we offer children early musical development. Our children enjoy concerts, theatre, cinema and workshops — music brings people together across all cultures.
